Medieval Empires x Engin Altan Düzyatan Giveaway

IMPORTANT: Please review these rules carefully before entering the "Medieval Empires x Engin Altan Düzyatan" Promotion (the "Promotion"). Entry into the promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.

1. The Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Medieval Empires ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), X Corp., or Google Play. Participants hereby provide a full release of Meta and X from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time of entry:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
• Must have a valid Google Play/Android or Desktop account.
• Must reside in a jurisdiction where this Promotion is not prohibited by law.
• Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its immediate family members are ineligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 5 May 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on 5 June 2026 at 23:59 UTC (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter:

1. Download and install Medieval Empires on an Android device or via Desktop.
2. Play and progress your town to a minimum of Town Level 10.
3. Complete the official Entry Form located at www.medievalempires.com/android-launch-giveaway by providing your required contact information (Name, Email ID used in the game, country of residence).

Limit: One (1) entry per person and per Player ID.

5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Video call dates are subject to the availability of Engin Altan Düzyatan.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period that have successfully reached Town Level 10. The drawing will take place on or about the 2nd week of June 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity and Content

By participating, you grant the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness, and gameplay stats for promotional purposes in any media, including but not limited to social media and the Medieval Empires website, without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game.

Physical prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Winners shall be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges associated with the receipt or use of any prize.

The video call with Engin Altan Düzyatan will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Failure to attend the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the prize. No rescheduling will be guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Medieval Empires is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. The Sponsor's total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to the participant.

10. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of bots, multiple accounts, VPN manipulation, or fraudulent gameplay, may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

11. Sanctions and Restricted Territories

The Promotion is not open to individuals located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or where participation is prohibited by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict participation from any jurisdiction as required for legal or compliance reasons.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that participants may have under applicable laws in their country of residence.

13. DATA PROTECTION

By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
