Terms and Conditions for the Loyalty Program

This program enhances user engagement and retention by incentivizing social activity and gameplay through Medieval Empires Utility Tokens ("MEE Tokens") rewards and Land NFT achievements. It is designed to target two distinct groups—social participants and gamers—ensuring balanced incentives and enhancing players' confidence. The program will start on 25 November 2025 and end on 25 December 2025.

3.1. MEE Tokens will be awarded based on social engagement metrics, including likes, shares, comments, and other forms of community interaction.

3.2. Top contributors will receive special achievements and badges recognizing their efforts and engagement in the game.

4.1. MEE Tokens will be awarded for in-game achievements such as completing missions, leveling up on the scoreboard, and other gameplay milestones.

4.2. Land NFTs will be distributed as rewards to players who demonstrate exceptional in-game performance.

5.1. Claim Period: Participants must submit their claims within 45 days after the announcement of rewards, which is expected to be in January 2026.

5.2. Claim Process: Detailed instructions for claiming rewards will be provided at the end of the program, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all participants.

6.1. Company Rights: The company reserves the right to terminate the reward program under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

6.2. Fraudulent Activity: Any user found engaging in fraudulent activities, such as manipulating social metrics or using automated bots to gain unfair advantages, will be disqualified from receiving rewards and may face further penalties.

6.3. Violation of Terms: Any breach of the game's terms of service or community guidelines will result in termination of reward eligibility.

6.4. Abuse of System: Exploiting system vulnerabilities or loopholes to gain unearned rewards will result in immediate disqualification and potential administrative action.

6.5. Legal Compliance: The company is committed to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. If the reward program's continuation violates any legal provisions, the company retains the right to terminate or modify it as necessary to ensure compliance.

7.1. No Guarantee: Participation in the reward program does not guarantee receipt of rewards. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Tax Obligations: Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving rewards. The company will not provide tax advice or bear any tax liabilities on behalf of participants.

7.3. Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and must be claimed by the original participant. Any attempt to transfer or sell rewards will result in disqualification.

7.4. Limited Liability: The company is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the reward program. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation.

7.5. Employees and Independent Contractors: To maintain the integrity and fairness of this reward program, the company has decided to exclude all employees and independent contractors currently performing any work for the company from participating in it. This exclusion is intended to prevent any potential conflicts of interest, ensure that the rewards are distributed impartially, create a transparent and unbiased reward system, and maintain a clear distinction between the roles of workers and participants in the program.

7.6. Final Decision: The company's decisions regarding any aspect of the reward program, including eligibility and distribution of rewards, are final and binding.

7.7. Entry Eligibility: The program is open to all players/users of Medieval Empires, except those restricted under Section 7.5 or any local laws prohibiting participation in such activities.

7.8. Eligibility for age: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age required to form a binding contract under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
