Terms and Conditions for Token claiming In-Game Rewards

In the event that a user loses access to their wallet or if the wallet becomes compromised due to unauthorized access, loss of private keys, or any other security breach, the user acknowledges that Medieval Empires is not liable for any loss of digital assets, tokens, or any related entitlements stored in the wallet. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure the security of their wallet, including the safe storage of private keys and recovery phrases. Medieval Empires do not have the ability to restore access to compromised wallets or recover lost tokens, and any losses resulting from compromised wallets shall be borne entirely by the user. Users are strongly encouraged to follow best security practices to safeguard their digital assets.

Users are required to bear all gas fees associated with claiming tokens, assets, or any rewards. These fees are imposed by the blockchain network and not by the Medieval Empires. The cost of gas fees may vary based on network congestion or other factors beyond the company's control. By proceeding with any token claims, users agree to cover these fees and acknowledge that failure to pay gas fees will result in the inability to claim tokens or complete transactions. The company holds no responsibility for delayed or unfulfilled transactions due to insufficient gas fees.

Tokens distributed to users through various events and loyalty programs will have specific validity periods. Users must claim their tokens within the given timeframes to ensure their benefits are not forfeited. Below are the detailed expiration rules:

- Weekly Tournament Events: Tokens rewarded from weekly tournament events must be claimed within 14 days from the end date of the event. After this 14-day period, any unclaimed tokens will automatically expire. These tokens cannot be reinstated or redeemed after expiration, and Medieval Empires will not offer any compensation for expired tokens. Users are encouraged to act promptly and redeem their rewards within the allocated timeframe.

- Loyalty Program: Tokens earned through Medieval Empires Loyalty Program will have a longer validity period compared to event-based tokens. Loyalty tokens will expire 45 days from the date the winners of the respective season are officially announced. Users should ensure that they claim their loyalty tokens within this period to avoid expiration.
